- 1 3/4 cups whole milk, warmed

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Grease a popover tin or muffin tin.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk eggs, then gradually add warmed milk while whisking.
- Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Slowly mix in flour and salt, stirring until smooth. Avoid overmixing.
- Add Butter: Stir in melted butter and whisk until fully incorporated.
- Fill the Tins: Pour batter into the tins, filling each halfway.
- Bake:
- Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 20 minutes (don’t open the oven!).
- Reduce heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 15 minutes until puffed and golden.
