- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

. Preheat the Oven:

- Knead the dough until smooth (lightly flour your hands if sticky).

- Divide the dough into four equal portions.

4. Egg Wash & Bake:
- Brush each bagel with a beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until golden brown.

- Brush warm bagels with melted butter.
- Roll each bagel in a cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated.
6. Prepare the Vanilla Cream Cheese Spread:
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
