Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough (or homemade)

For the toppings:

  • 1 cup strawberry pie filling (or sliced fresh strawberries with sugar)

  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

For the glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan.

  • Press sugar cookie dough evenly into the pan to form the crust.

  • Bake for 12–14 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.

  • Spread the strawberry pie filling over the cooled cookie crust.

  • Sprinkle chocolate chips (and white chocolate chips, if using) evenly over the top.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze.

  • Drizzle the glaze generously over the dessert pizza.

  • Chill for 10–15 minutes to set. Slice and serve!

Notes

  • For fresh strawberries, macerate with a tablespoon of sugar for 10 minutes before using.

  • Use heart-shaped strawberries for a festive touch on Valentine’s Day.

  • Swap white chocolate chips for dark chocolate for a richer contrast.
