  • 12 whole almonds
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Stuff the Dates: Insert one almond into each pitted date, pressing gently to close.
  • Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Coat the Dates: Dip each stuffed date into the melted chocolate, ensuring even coverage.
  • Garnish: Place on parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt and crushed pistachios (or shredded coconut).
