			- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
 - 12 whole almonds
 - 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
 - 1 teaspoon coconut oil
 - Crushed pistachios or shredded coconut (for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Stuff the Dates: Insert one almond into each pitted date, pressing gently to close.
 - Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
 - Coat the Dates: Dip each stuffed date into the melted chocolate, ensuring even coverage.
 - Garnish: Place on parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt and crushed pistachios (or shredded coconut).
 - Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for 15 minutes until the chocolate sets. Enjoy!
