- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda.
- Cream Butter & Sugar: In a large bowl, beat the butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add Eggs & Vanilla: Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine: Gradually blend in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs.
- Form Cookies: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden. Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Serve & Enjoy: Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
