Instructions
- Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

- Shape the Cookies – Roll the dough into small balls, then slightly flatten them. Press a whole peanut in the center of each cookie.
- Egg Wash & Bake – Brush the tops with egg yolk for a golden finish. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
