- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
