  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce (for serving)

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Make the Dough:

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, and garlic powder until a dough forms.
  • If sticky, lightly flour your hands and knead until smooth.

3. Shape the Bagels:

  • Divide the dough into four equal pieces.
