Instructions
- Preheat & Prep:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and lightly grease them.
- Prepare the Onion Crisps:
- Slice the onions into very thin rounds (about ¼-inch thick). You’ll need 16 slices in total.
- On each baking sheet, arrange 8 small piles of shredded cheddar cheese, leaving space between them.
- Place one onion round on top of each cheese pile.
- Sprinkle evenly with ranch seasoning (or your choice of seasoning).
- Bake to Crispy Perfection:
- Bake for 11–13 minutes, watching closely towards the end to prevent burning.
- The crisps are ready when golden brown and crispy.
- Cool & Serve:
- Let crisps cool for 5–7 minutes before removing from the baking sheets to allow them to firm up.
