- 8 ounces burrata cheese, at room temperature
- 2 peaches, sliced

Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare the Cheesy Base
- On a baking sheet, mix together the Parmesan, Pecorino, grated garlic, thyme, melted butter, and a pinch of black pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly across the baking sheet.
