- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp hot honey (or regular honey with a pinch of chili flakes)
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Toast the Crostini:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Assemble the Crostini:
- Tear burrata and spread evenly over the toasted crostini.
- Top each with a slice of prosciutto and peach slices.
- Drizzle & Garnish:
- Drizzle with hot honey and balsamic glaze (if using).
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and garnish with fresh basil.
- Serve & Enjoy!
- Best served immediately while the crostini are crispy!
Notes
- No burrata? Use fresh mozzarella or ricotta instead.
- For extra crunch, add toasted walnuts or almonds.
