Description

These Cheesy Crostini with Burrata, Prosciutto & Peaches are the ultimate sweet and savory appetizer! Crispy bread, creamy burrata, salty prosciutto, and juicy peaches come together, finished with a drizzle of hot honey for the perfect bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp hot honey (or regular honey with a pinch of chili flakes)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Toast the Crostini:
    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
    • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  2. Assemble the Crostini:
    • Tear burrata and spread evenly over the toasted crostini.
    • Top each with a slice of prosciutto and peach slices.
  3. Drizzle & Garnish:
    • Drizzle with hot honey and balsamic glaze (if using).
    • Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and garnish with fresh basil.
  4. Serve & Enjoy!
    • Best served immediately while the crostini are crispy!

Notes

  • No burrata? Use fresh mozzarella or ricotta instead.
