Description

A crispy, golden-brown quesadilla loaded with gooey melted cheese, crispy bacon, and a creamy ranch dressing, making for the ultimate comfort food with a bold, savory kick.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

 

  • 1 tablespoon butter (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Assemble the quesadilla: Spread ranch dressing over half of each tortilla. Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, crispy bacon, and fresh parsley on top. Fold the tortilla in half.
  3. Cook until crispy: Melt butter in the skillet and place the quesadilla in, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  4. Slice and serve: Cut into wedges and serve warm with extra ranch dressing or sour cream on the side.
