- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
2️⃣ Mix the Dry Ingredients
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and fresh herbs.
- Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
3️⃣ Mix the Wet Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, milk, and melted butter.
4️⃣ Combine & Bake
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined (do not overmix).
- Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin tin.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
