This Chamomile Cinnamon Moon Milk Latte is a soothing, warming drink that helps calm the nervous system and promote relaxation. Made with chamomile flowers, cinnamon, vanilla, and frothy almond milk, this cozy beverage is perfect for winding down before bed.

- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tbsp dried chamomile flowers
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cardamom
- 1/12 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Honey or maple syrup, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Simmer the Ingredients – In a small saucepan over low heat, combine almond milk, chamomile flowers, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and vanilla extract. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Strain & Blend – Strain the mixture into a blender cup, add coconut oil, and blend for 10-20 seconds until frothy. (Alternatively, use a milk frother.)
- Serve Warm – Pour into a mug and enjoy immediately. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup, if desired.

- Coconut oil helps create a creamy, frothy texture—swap with ghee or MCT oil for variety.
- For extra relaxation, steep for an additional 5 minutes before straining.
