- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the cabbage: Slice the red cabbage into thick steaks, about ¾-inch thick, and arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Make the marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and oregano.
- Coat the cabbage: Brush the mixture generously over both sides of each cabbage steak.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crisp and caramelized.
- Drizzle & serve: Drizzle with a touch of honey or maple syrup for extra depth of flavor. Garnish with red pepper flakes and serve warm!
