- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk (or coconut milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter (for frying)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (toasted)
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Prepare the Batter: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Dip the Banana Bread: Lightly dip each slice into the mixture (don’t soak too long to prevent it from becoming too soft).
- Cook: Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook each slice for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
