- 1 large onion, chopped

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté the onions: Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until soft and golden.
- Add aromatics: Stir in garlic, paprika, caraway seeds, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Cook the cabbage: Add the sliced cabbage and stir well, cooking for 10 minutes until slightly softened.
- Simmer: Stir in diced tomatoes and broth. Mix well and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Bake: Transfer cabbage to a baking dish, nestle the sausages on top, and bake for 40-45 minutes until the cabbage is caramelized and the sausages are browned.
