- 1 cup ice cubes

- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Add milk, ice cubes, caramel syrup, sugar, and heavy cream to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and crushed caramelized sugar.
