Description

A rich and creamy chocolate fudge with a smooth, gooey Cadbury Egg-inspired filling, making it the perfect no-bake Easter treat. This festive fudge is layered with chocolate and a sweet, swirled “yolk” center for a fun and indulgent dessert!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Chocolate Fudge Layer:

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Cadbury Egg Filling:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Yellow food coloring (for the “yolk” effect)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan:

    • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Make the Chocolate Fudge:

    • In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring until smooth.
    • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Layer the Fudge:

    • Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture into the lined pan and spread evenly.
    • Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare the Cadbury Egg Filling:

    • In a mixing bowl, beat together softened butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
    • Separate 1/4 of the filling into a small bowl and mix with yellow food coloring to create the “yolk” effect.
  • Assemble the Fudge:

    • Drop spoonfuls of the white and yellow fillings over the chilled chocolate layer, swirling slightly for a Cadbury Egg look.
    • Pour the remaining chocolate fudge over the filling and spread evenly.
  • Chill & Serve:

    • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
    • Slice into squares and serve!

Notes

  • Use milk chocolate chips for a sweeter, classic Cadbury flavor.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • Add mini Cadbury Eggs on top before chilling for extra Easter flair!
