Description

Indulge in these decadent Butterfinger Caramel Crunch Truffles—a sweet, crunchy treat made with crushed Butterfinger bars, caramel, and creamy chocolate. Perfect for parties, dessert tables, or a delightful homemade snack!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger bars
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed toffee bits
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare Butterfinger-Caramel Mix: Combine crushed Butterfinger bars and caramel sauce in a bowl; mix well and set aside.
  • Melt Chocolate: Heat whipping cream in a saucepan until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until smooth.
  • Combine Mixtures: Fold the Butterfinger-caramel mix into the melted chocolate. Add vanilla extract and salt. Stir in nuts if desired.
  • Chill Mixture: Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes, or until firm enough to shape.
  • Shape Truffles: Roll chilled mixture into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Add Toffee Coating: Roll each truffle in crushed toffee bits for added texture and sweetness.
  • Set Truffles: Chill for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Serve: Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Substitute Butterfinger with your favorite candy bar for variety.
  • Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
