Description

Brisket Sliders are juicy, cheesy, and irresistibly saucy mini sandwiches made with BBQ brisket, melty cheese, and buttery slider buns. This easy baked brisket sliders recipe is perfect for game day, parties, or weeknight comfort food.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or similar)

  • 3 cups cooked beef brisket, shredded

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (plus more for drizzling)

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese

  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions (optional)

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

 

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

  2. Slice slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them intact as a connected top and bottom sheet. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.

  3. In a bowl, mix shredded brisket with BBQ sauce until fully coated.

  4. Spread the brisket evenly over the bottom buns. Top with caramelized onions (if using), then sprinkle shredded cheese over everything.

  5. Place the top bun layer over the filling. Brush the tops with melted butter, sprinkle with garlic powder and sesame seeds.

  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5–7 minutes, or until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.

  7. Drizzle extra warm BBQ sauce on top before serving for added flavor.

Notes

  • Use store-bought or homemade brisket.

  • Swap mozzarella with cheddar, pepper jack, or gouda for a twist.

  • Great served with slaw, pickles, or potato wedges.
