Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen Brazilian cherries (or any tart cherries)

  • 2 limes, zested and peeled (white pith removed)

  • 1 orange, zested and peeled (white pith removed)

  • 3 cups cold water

  • 1/3 cup coconut condensed milk (adjust to taste)

  • Ice cubes, for serving

Optional Garnish:

  • Lime slices

  • Orange slices

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine frozen cherries, lime zest and peeled limes, orange zest and peeled orange with cold water. Blend on high until smooth.

  2. Strain (Optional): For a smoother texture, strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp and skins.

  3. Sweeten: Stir in coconut condensed milk until well incorporated. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  4. Serve: Pour over ice and garnish with citrus slices if desired. Enjoy chilled!

Notes

Frozen cherries give this drink a vibrant color and year-round availability. Coconut condensed milk adds creamy sweetness while keeping it dairy-free. Can be made ahead and chilled until serving.
