 - 2 large eggs
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1/4 cup bourbon
 - 3 ripe bananas, mashed
 - 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
 - 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
 
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
 - Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
 - Prepare Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and bourbon. Stir in mashed bananas and sour cream.
 - Combine: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in walnuts.
 - Bake: Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
 - Cool & Serve: Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
