Ingredients

Units Scale

 Salad:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 6 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced yellow onions
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

For the Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 tbsp dill relish
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp distilled white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

To Make the Salad:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart as it browns. Drain excess fat.
  2. Season the cooked beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well to combine.
  3. Divide the chopped lettuce evenly into 4 salad bowls, about 1 1/2 cups per bowl.
  4. Top the lettuce with shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, sliced pickles, and seasoned ground beef.

To Make the Dressing:
5. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, dill relish, mustard, white vinegar, onion powder, and paprika until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Salad:
6. Drizzle about 3 tablespoons of Big Mac sauce over each salad. Toss gently to combine.
7. Garnish with sesame seeds and extra pickles, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Serve the salad in individual bowls for customizable toppings like pickles and onions.
  • For a dairy-free version, substitute the cheddar cheese with a vegan alternative.
  • The Big Mac sauce can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
