Instructions

  1. Preheat oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients:
    • In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients:
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and banana pudding mix.
  4. Form the dough:
    • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop and bake:
    • Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops are slightly golden.
  6. Cool and serve:
    • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
