- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix

- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix the wet ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Combine the dry ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and banana pudding mix.
- Form the dough:
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Scoop and bake:
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops are slightly golden.
- Cool and serve:
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
