    • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • Fresh Produce:
    • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cubed (or substitute mango or apple)
    • 23 garlic cloves
    • 1 medium onion, chopped
    • 2-inch ginger root, peeled
    • 1-inch turmeric root, peeled (or 1/23/4 tsp turmeric powder)
    • 1/4 organic lime or lemon with peel, chopped
  • Spices:
    • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
    • A pinch of black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Wash and chop the fresh ingredients. Ensure the pineapple is cubed, ginger and turmeric are peeled, and the lime or lemon is chopped with the peel intact.

2. Blend the Ingredients:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender: pineapple, garlic, onion, ginger, turmeric, apple cider vinegar, honey, lime, cayenne, and black pepper.

3. Blend Until Smooth:

  • Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency.

4. Optional Straining:

  • For a smoother texture, strain the mixture using a fine-mesh strainer to extract the liquid. However, consuming the pulp provides maximum health benefits.

5. Store the Mixture:

  • Transfer the mixture to a clean glass mason jar with a lid. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
