Description

These Air Fryer Chicken Wings are irresistibly crispy, golden, and full of flavor—seasoned to perfection and cooked without the excess oil. Quick and easy to make, they’re the ultimate appetizer or game-day snack that’s healthier and just as satisfying as traditional fried wings.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings, split and tips removed

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • Optional: buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, or ranch for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry thoroughly with paper towels to ensure crispiness.

  2. In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.

  4. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if necessary).

  5. Cook for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

  6. For extra crunch, increase the heat to 400°F (204°C) for the last 5 minutes.

  7. Serve plain or toss in your favorite wing sauce. Pair with dips like ranch or blue cheese!

Notes

  • Drying the wings thoroughly before seasoning is key to achieving a crispy texture.

  • You can use frozen wings, just add 5–8 more minutes to cook time.

  • Customize with your favorite dry rub or hot sauces.
