Instructions
1. Preheat & Prepare
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a mini muffin tin with olive oil spray.
2. Make the Dough
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt and stir until a dough forms.
3. Assemble the Pizza Bites
- Divide the dough into small portions and press each into the mini muffin tin.
- Add a spoonful of marinara sauce into each dough cup.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and top with chopped turkey pepperoni.
4. Bake
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
