- 1 lb ground beef

- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions

Preheat Oven & Prepare Dish:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook the Beef Filling:
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onions until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Season with cinnamon, allspice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and remove from heat.

Layer the Phyllo Dough:
- Lay one sheet of phyllo dough in the baking dish, brushing with melted butter.
- Repeat the process with half of the phyllo sheets.

- Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the phyllo.
- Layer the remaining phyllo sheets on top, brushing each with butter.

- In a bowl, whisk together egg, milk, and beef broth.
- Pour evenly over the pie.
- Score the top into squares for easy slicing.
